We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. You may also opt for store credit, which will be processed faster.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at( hello@ayaaofficial.com)with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
