Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

3. Domestic Shipping (Canada) Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

4. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ayaaofficial.com  within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AYAA Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
